We are all in the very new and unusual situation of social distancing and self-isolation due to the concerns around COVID-19. This is an unprecedented time in our lifetime and can be very stressful on families.
We have found that focusing on the positive, being grateful and strengthening our connections to our family and friends has been really helpful for our children. Little ones can have a hard time expressing their concerns and may be acting out from boredom, cabin fever and anxiety.
Our families have decided to print out family pictures, write letters to each other, make crafts and drawings and to create our own social distancing time capsule.
