Their team engages children in a wide range of new and challenging activities, including cooking, sports, music, dance, drama, public speaking, technology, arts & crafts, and academics!

Since 2012, Pear Tree has been dedicated to transforming education through hands-on, theme-based learning. Their summer camps continue this tradition, offering unique experiences that combine fun, creativity, and educational growth. Pear Tree Education has camps running at 13 locations in Metro Vancouver. Led by experienced Vancouver school teachers, these amazing summer camps offer exceptional levels of safety, enjoyment, and education.

Theme-Based Camps

These are the signature Pear Tree camps we’re known for! Each week focuses on a unique, hands-on theme designed to engage and inspire children through creative, project-based learning. From STEM to art, our themes encourage curiosity and critical thinking. All Vancouver summer camps are designed by Pear Tree’s directors.

EduActivity Camps

New in 2025! EduActivity Camps combine half-day Theme-Based learning and half-day activity-based fun. Kids will spend half of the day diving into engaging educational themes and the other half participating in dynamic activities like sports, outdoor adventures, or creative arts. Perfect for families looking for as much emphasis on outdoor time as indoor learning.

Summer camps at Pear Tree Education cater to a wide range of age groups, ensuring age-appropriate activities and learning, ages 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12 years. All camps run from 9 am – 3 pm, and we love that families can extend these times using the optional pre-camp and/or after-camp supervision services. Not to mention the Healthy Hot Lunch program that's available at their Vancouver, North Vancouver, and White Rock locations - such a win for parents & kids! For just $60 per week, your child receives a healthy combo of hot meals with veggies, and a morning & afternoon snack.
