Concerts at the Pier

White Rock’s beloved summer tradition, Concerts at the Pier, is making waves again this season. Locals and visitors alike can look forward to five unforgettable nights of live music under the stars, all set against the stunning backdrop of White Rock’s picturesque waterfront. This free outdoor series invites music lovers to pack a blanket or lawn chair, gather friends and family, and savour the best of summer by the beach. This year’s concerts will light up three vibrant locations: East Beach, West Beach, and, for the first time ever, Miramar Plaza. Opening acts take the stage at 7 p.m., with headliners starting at 8 p.m., promising nights filled with great music and seaside memories. Explore the Galaxy

Blast Off Into Summer at The Met!
This summer, Metropolis at Metrotown invites visitors of all ages to embark on an interstellar adventure with Explore the Galaxy. Guests can enjoy an exciting line-up of cosmic experiences, galactic displays, and family-friendly fun. Wander through imaginative space-themed décor, snap selfies with UFOs and astronauts, and hop across a solar system floor installation. And don't forget to join the Summer Passport Challenge and collect stamps while exploring all over the centre for a chance to win amazing prizes.

Highlights include the lively Summer Market at the Met featuring global street food, live entertainment, and interactive family activities. Then, a roving DJ will get everyone moving at the Summer Dance Party, while the Starlab pop-up planetarium offers an inspiring peek into the stars.
