Well Fed aims get kids cooking from scratch, which we agree is an essential life skill! When our kids were young we loved teaching them new skills ourselves. Now that they are a bit older, we love it when they come home with new skills that they're excited to share with us. At the Well Fed studio, they teach hands-on technical skills in the kitchen from qualified instructors in a safe and fun environment. Their 5-day summer camps run from 9 am – 1 pm for groups divided by age (7-12 and 13-18) at their convenient location in the Lower Lonsdale area of North Vancouver. The Well Fed philosophy is to create delicious foods that are good for you. We love that all of the food prepared at their camps is eaten for lunch and snacks are also provided each day so that parents don't have to pack any food!
