Move to Cure ALS

The Move to Cure ALS is the signature fundraising event for the ALS Society of British Columbia, which brings together family and friends in support of ALS. People come together to âMoveâ; be it walking, running, rolling, supporting or being present. Funds raised go to support people living with ALS in BC and the Yukon, and to support research through PROJECT HOPE.
Talking Stick Festival

The Talking Stick Festival, now in its 21st year, began as a way to showcase and celebrate Indigenous art and performance to a wider audience. From its humble beginnings, this unique and exciting event has grown into a full 2 week Festival at locations across Vancouver. Now attracting over 20,000 attendees each year and still growing, they are noted as being the premier, multi-disciplinary Indigenous arts festival in North America.
