Raspberries are like little gems, so sweet with just a touch of tart. Whether you have them warm off the vine in the summer or buy them to brighten up a cold winter’s day, they are perfection.
We were looking for a simple, healthy Valentine’s Day treat when we stumbled upon this idea.. chocolate filled raspberries. Easier, less messy and more fun than labouring over chocolate-covered strawberries.
If you were expecting a recipe… well this is too simple for that. All you need are some ripe raspberries & really good quality chocolate chips. You can find dairy-free dark chocolate chips at your local grocery store or you can cut up small pieces of some wonderful organic fair-trade chocolate (see our picks here).
All you have to do is pop one chocolate chip or piece of chocolate into each raspberry. The perfect dessert!
