Smoky Lime Quinoa Salad

Delicious served warm or chilled & ready in 40 mins!

Ingredients:

For vinaigrette:

  • 1/4 tsp Fleur de Sel
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp La Plantation Sweet smoked chili
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

For salad:

  • 1 1/2 cups quinoa cooked to package directions
  • 1 cup of cooked black beans
  • 1/2 medium red onion or 1 cup of shallots
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 turns Grind La Plantation Kampot Black Pepper
  • Crumbled Feta is also a delicious optional garnish
instructions:
  1. Cook the quinoa following the package directions or follow instructions here.
  2. When the quinoa has cooled slightly, add the vinaigrette and mix until fully coated.

  3. Add the balance of the ingredients and Bon Appétit!
