Smoky Lime Quinoa Salad
Delicious served warm or chilled & ready in 40 mins!
Ingredients:
For vinaigrette:
- 1/4 tsp Fleur de Sel
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp La Plantation Sweet smoked chili
- 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
For salad:
- 1 1/2 cups quinoa cooked to package directions
- 1 cup of cooked black beans
- 1/2 medium red onion or 1 cup of shallots
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Cherry tomatoes halved - 2 turns Grind La Plantation Kampot Black Pepper
- Crumbled Feta is also a delicious optional garnish
instructions:
- Cook the quinoa following the package directions or follow instructions here.

When the quinoa has cooled slightly, add the vinaigrette and mix until fully coated.
