This smoothie recipe calls for GOOD GOOD Sweet Blueberry Spread but you could use any of their other fruity flavours, such as strawberry, raspberry, apricot, black currant, concord grape, or forest fruits...they are all delicious! All GOOD GOOD spreads use only naturally occurring sugars from real fruits so their low-calorie fruit spreads have the same sweet taste without the added sugar.
KETO BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
An extra-easy healthy start to the day!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Yields: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup ice
- 2 tablespoons Blueberry Jam
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions:
- Place all the above ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour over two tall glasses with a straw and serve immediately.
