Gnarly’s Snow Tube Park at Cypress Mountain is a blast for the whole family and one of our favourite annual family activities! With up to 6 chutes roughly 100 meters long and a tube tow to do all the work of bringing you back to the top, all you have to do is sit down and enjoy the thrill of the ride. Note: You must be 42" tall or age 6+ to visit Gnarly’s Tube Park! With the best winter skiing & riding in Vancouver, Canada's most popular cross-country skiing area, a huge snow tubing park, and Lights to the Lodge snowshoeing, Cypress Mountain truly offers something for everyone - only 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver.

The Shipyard Commons outdoor skate plaza is the region's largest outdoor skating rink. The rink is located on the waterfront at The Shipyards, and is set against the beautiful backdrop of downtown Vancouver and the North Shore mountains. During seasonal operations, the skate plaza offers daily skating, as well as free helmets and skate aides. Those with their own skates skate for free. The Skate Plaza is open daily, 1:00-8:00pm, until the end of February. Skate rentals (limited quantities) are available at a cost of $7 for adults, $5 for kids.
